Diane Devereaux, nationally-syndicated food preservation expert and award-winning author of 3 cookbooks, has spent over 25 years mastering the art and craft of home canning and food preservation. She is the co-host of The Survival Mom Radio network podcast and has platforms on Facebook, You Tube, Instagram, and Twitter.

Diane will be at Miller Flowers on THURSDAY, JUNE 10, 6:30 pm, to share delicious water bath and pressure canning recipes, give tips and techniques on how to preserve food in jars, dehydrate, freeze, and much more. She will share culinary techniques, the math and science used to safely preserve food, and her personal experiences during this journey.
